For the second consecutive year, GreenUp Wealth Management is joining 1st Phorm’s 30 For The Kids Challenge, a 30-day fitness challenge that raises money for four amazing organizations that are improving the lives of children in need.
This year, GreenUp is inviting clients, their families, and friends to join its advisors and firm associates to be part of the GreenUp community’s mission to positively impact and transform people’s lives.
The challenge is simple. Donate $30 or more and commit to doing one of five workouts each day for the next 30 days. If you miss a day, simply add an additional $5 donation that goes to the kids.
The four organizations that will benefit from the challenge are:
- Brace For Impact: Brace for Impact and 1st Phorm have come together to adopt an entire orphanage in Haiti, providing shelter, education, food, clean water, bible study, and a loving environment for 41 children. With funding from 30 For The Kids, they have even been able to construct a church that serves as a school on weekdays and as a location for medical clients serving the surrounding community.
- The Covering House: The Covering House, based in St. Louis, Missouri helps young girls who have been victims of sex trafficking. 30 For The Kids provides The Covering House with funds to provide these brave girls with the housing, treatment, counseling, tutoring, therapy, support, community, and protection they need to make a full recovery and a chance at an amazing future.
- Lift For Life Gym: located in St. Louis, Lift For Life Gym is a full service after-school youth activity center giving inner-city kids the opportunity to learn about fitness and weightlifting in a safe, positive, and uplifting atmosphere.
- All Kids Bike: Led by the Strider Education Foundation, All Kids Bike is a national movement placing Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs in public schools for free, using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations.
